The two game sheets print the same RTP split, odds and stakes: base game 56.69% and free spins 39.59% on the default card for both this game and Book of Duat, the same twelve win odds across three cards, stakes of €0.20 to €100 on both. The demo server matches on 96.27%, the bets and 32,670.5x as well.

Duat's help text is copied too (version 1.0.5 there, 1.0.0 here), with "Xmas gifts" where Duat says tiles. One line is reworded: "Not all Buy Feature levels are available in all markets." Duat's help warns that some markets may lack the buy entirely. AboutSlots believes the game is a reskin of Book of Duat, and Bigwinboard calls it a Christmas clone.

The newer sheet adds a hit rate of 27.16% and its own top wins for the two lower cards, and drops the buy RTPs. For the top card it prints 32,760.5x, the server's 32,670.5x with two digits swapped, as Duat's sheet does.

The snowman-faced Wild book and its scroll of gifts

The red book with the white face is the Wild, and it substitutes for every symbol. On a line at €1.00, two of them pay €5.00 and five pay €2,500.00. Land three or more of them, in any position, and 4 free spins begin with 3, 6 or 12 picks, 1 Expanding symbol and a x1 multiplier. A retrigger needs the same three and is worth 2 more spins plus 1, 2 or 4 picks. Anti-Santa, the best-paying symbol, gives €500.00 for five.

Each pick opens one of 20 gifts on a parchment scroll, and no gift can be opened twice in one round. The scroll holds twelve that add free spins (+2, +3, +5 or +10), four that add Expanding symbols (+1, +2 or +4) and four that lift the multiplier (+1x, +2x or +5x).

Expanding symbols come from the nine paying symbols and never from the Wild. Once a free spin's line wins are counted, every one of them fills the reels it lands on and pays anywhere. Low symbols can pay this way too: on our bought round the gingerbread 10 was the only one expanding, and on the 11th free spin it paid €5.00 by itself.

Spin 185: eight Expanding symbols and a doubled multiplier

It began as a plain trigger, three Wilds with a line win of €0.50. Its 3 picks opened +3 spins, +4 Expanding symbols and +2 spins, so it started with 5 Expanding symbols and 9 free spins at x1.

The first free spin paid €104.50: an Expanding Anti-Santa filled reels 2, 4 and 5 and paid three of a kind on all ten lines, €100.00. Wilds came back on free spins 4, 9 and 10, each adding 2 spins plus one pick, and the picks gave +2 Expanding symbols, +1x multiplier and +1 Expanding symbol.

That made 15 free spins, the last six at x2 and the last five with 8 of the nine paying symbols expanding, every one but a single card rank. The final two of them paid €120.00 and €90.00, and the round finished on 490x.

Four bonuses carried a base game weaker than Duat's

This log holds 500 paid spins at €1.00, played on 3 Nov 2026, the same day as our Book of Duat log. They hit 27.6% of the time against the sheet's 27.16%.

In all, €838.50 came back, 167.7% of the money staked. Its four bonuses, all from exactly three Wilds, brought €633.50: 58x on spin 77, 490x on spin 185, 26x on spin 264 and 59.5x on spin 311. Outside them the reels paid €205.00, less than the €273.50 Duat's base game paid with no bonus at all.

Spin 71 left the balance at its lowest, €4,962.50, six spins before the first bonus, and spin 323 left it at its highest, €5,454.50. The best base-game spin paid 10.5x. On spin 264 a bonus kept one Expanding symbol and x1 for all 15 of its spins, and it paid 26x. The 78 base spins we played later for the media session triggered nothing.

Buying gifts at 150x, 500x or 1,600x

Tapping the BONUS €150 badge on the reels' left brings up three cards, each guaranteeing a base-game spin with no fewer than 3, 4 or 5 Wilds.

This game's sheet prints no buy RTP. AboutSlots gives Book of Duat's 96.50%, 96.71% and 96.91% instead.

The rig spent €150.00 on the cheapest card for our media session. Its Wilds fell on reels 2, 3 and 5, the book chose the gingerbread 10, and the gifts opened +2, +3 and +10 spins, which left 19 free spins with one Expanding symbol and no step on the multiplier. After thirteen of them TOTAL WIN stood at €16.00, and the fourteenth landed three Wild books for +2 FREE SPINS and a fourth pick.

We cut 14 minutes from the end of the recording, when the client sat on the retrigger's scroll and never opened the fourth gift, so the film stops there. The round went on off camera: the server logged 26 free spins and €45.00 for it, 30% of what the card cost. All three opening picks went on spins, and what we saw was a long round with a small total. Its only Expanding symbol, the 10, shares the lowest pays in the paytable with Q and J.

Which twin to open among Quickspin's three Book games

Quickspin has three Book titles and calls none of them part of a series. Duat came first, in November 2021, with Anna the Explorer in Egypt. Anna stayed for Book of Inferno (February 2023), which brought a Marked symbol, a single 125x buy and a highest simulated win of 5,846x. This game is the newest of the three and the only one that repeats an older game.
