Joker Strike Demo: Wheel Strikes and the Hi Roller Crown
Joker Strike, released by Quickspin in April 2018, reuses the Second Strike! machinery of 5x3 reels, 10 lines and an outer wheel of 52 squares, and adds a red jester as the top symbol and Hi Roller stakes of €20.00, €30.00 and €50.00. The sheet lists one RTP, 96.46%, and volatility 4.14 of 5; its largest win in 50 billion simulated spins is 1,211x.
Which extras does each Hi Roller stake add to Joker Strike?
Quickspin's game page lists the extras stake by stake: €20.00 "guarantees a Wild for every five spins", €30.00 also guarantees a Wild on the outer wheel, and €50.00 adds more Wilds and strikes plus a second marker that spins both ways. The help screens call these Guaranteed Wild, Wild Strike and Double Chance and double the paytable for Hi Roller. Whether a stake is charged once or per spin is not stated.

Guaranteed Wild, Wild Strike and Double Chance
The help names three Hi Roller features. Guaranteed Wild adds a Wild to the reels each spin, moving clockwise round them until they stop. Wild Strike puts two Wilds on the outer wheel, and a marker stopping on one makes the strike add Wilds. Double Chance sends a second marker round the wheel, which the help says doubles the chance of a Joker Strike.

Quickspin's page and sheet tie each feature to a euro stake; the help cards list the same modes under older names. Oddly, the page calls the €30.00 game the double chance game, while the help gives that name to the extra marker the page puts at €50.00.
A HI ROLLER GAME section in the paytable doubles every amount at the €1.00 total bet shown, so five jokers read €200.00 instead of €100.00. Five Wilds (€200.00) appear only in that section, and the help says such a line needs Wild Strike.

The help says each mode lasts 5 spins but not whether €20.00 is charged once or per spin, and the artwork does not settle it: the start screen's cards read 200, 300 and 500, the help's 50, 100 and 200, with no currency sign.

Strike spins against plain wins at €1.00 a spin
Our 500 ordinary spins at €1.00, logged on 24 Oct 2026, returned 88.2%. Of those, 118 paid (23.6%), and the server attached an outer-wheel stop to every win.
A strike followed 23 of the wins: six symbols added 21 times after three of a kind, eight twice after four, never ten. The strike spins brought in €264.70 of the €440.90 returned (60%), 11.5x on average against 1.85x for other wins, and accounted for 10 of the 13 spins that reached 10x.

Eight added symbols turned a four-symbol line into five of a kind on all ten lines for our best spin, number 31: 31.5x. Added symbols paid 47.3% of our stake and plain line wins 40.9%; the sheet assigns the feature 53.17% and the base game 43.29%.
A jester on the wheel, Wilds kept off it
The strike rule is Second Strike!'s under a new name, and our Second Strike! review walks through it. The 2018 game changes two things.
First, the jester. Card suits stand in for the fruit and the joker takes the gem's top spot (€10.00 for three, €100.00 for five at €1.00); sevens, stars and bells stay. The joker owns six wheel squares; a joker line plus a joker stop would add six or more jokers. Our log had 3 joker lines and 9 joker stops, never on one spin.

No strike came on that spin, number 78 of our screenshot session, so it ended at €11.00. Second, the Wild: it helped 33 of our line wins on the reels (strike lines aside) but stays off the wheel outside Hi Roller modes with Wild Strike.

The strip belongs to spin 5 of the same session, which closed at €10.00. Pays match 2015: both of our logs show the same amounts rank for rank, €0.80 for three of the lowest symbol up to €10.00 for three of the top one.
Sheet against sheet: the 2018 jester and the 2015 fruit machine
Beside the original, Joker Strike's figures differ only slightly: volatility 4.14 against 3.92, 100x odds of 1 in 1,726 against 1 in 1,577, RTP 96.46% against 96.25%, largest simulated wins 1,211x (50 billion spins) and 1,210x (1 billion). Our two logs at €1.00 differ more (23 strikes against 10, 88.2% returned against 57.6%), though samples this short prove nothing.
Learn the wheel at €1.00 before trying the crown
At ordinary stakes this is Second Strike! in a jester's costume: most spins pay nothing, the median win is 1.2x, and a session turns on how often the marker matches a winning symbol. Hi Roller we could not test; check what the game deducts before starting a mode.
Five queries on stakes, jokers and the wheel
Short replies, each naming its source.
How is a €20, €30 or €50 Hi Roller stake charged?
Quickspin does not say. The help says every mode lasts 5 spins and the demo server takes each stake as one fixed bet, but whether €20.00 covers all five spins or each one is written nowhere we looked.
At ordinary stakes, which symbols did the outer wheel stop on?
Only the eight paying symbols: joker, seven, star, bell and the four card suits. Our 118 winning spins stopped the wheel on 48 different squares out of 52, never on a Wild, as the help screen says for play without Wild Strike.
Could a strike fill the reels with jokers?
By the rules, yes: a line of three jokers plus a marker stop on a joker adds six more. Our log never had both on one spin; joker lines of three, 2 of them with a Wild, won 3 times, €10.00 each at €1.00, and joker stops followed 9 other wins. Of our 23 strikes, 22 added card suits; the other added bells.
Has Quickspin published a separate RTP for Hi Roller play?
Not in any source we use. The sheet prints one model, 96.46%, made of 43.29% from the base game and 53.17% from the feature, with no Hi Roller value, and the demo server gives that one figure too.
Where does the jester rank in the paytable?
First among the paying symbols: three jokers pay €10.00, four €30.00 and five €100.00 at €1.00; the red seven pays €4.00, €8.00 and €20.00. The Wild matches the joker for three or four.
