Eastern Emeralds Demo: Multiplier Wilds and the Destiny Choice
Eastern Emeralds is a 2018 Quickspin slot, 5x3 with 20 lines, built around multiplier wilds and a free spins round called the Destiny Bonus. Three Bonus Scatters open a choice of 6, 9, 12 or 15 free spins, and fewer spins come with bigger wild multipliers. Quickspin's game sheet rates it 5 on its 1-to-5 volatility scale and its biggest recorded payout, 16,003.7x the bet, came with the 6-spin card.
Which Destiny Bonus card is best in Eastern Emeralds?
It depends on what you count. Quickspin's game sheet gives the 6-spin card the largest recorded win, 16,003.7x the bet, and the best odds of a 100x win, 1 in 1,170.6. The 15-spin card tops out at 2,294.5x and reaches 100x once in 1,705.3, but its wins of 15x or more come slightly more often: 1 in 76.9 against 1 in 90.0. The sheet prints one RTP for the game, not one per card.

Multiplier wilds and how they stack on one line
Eastern Emeralds pays left to right on 20 lines, and the paytable lists two kinds of wild. A plain emerald Wild lands only on reel 1, so it pays only as part of a line with other wilds or symbols. Multiplier Wilds marked x2, x3, x4 and x5 can appear anywhere and substitute for everything except the Bonus Scatter. When two or more share a winning line, their values are multiplied together.

Multiplied wilds lift base-game lines too. On spin 23 of our media session a gold ingot and an x2 wild opened a line the game labelled x6, and that line alone paid €4.50 of the spin's €10.50.

The best base-game spin in our 500 paid 24x, on spin 108; every larger result came from free spins.
The Destiny Bonus: four cards, four sets of odds
Three phoenix Bonus Scatters anywhere on reels 2, 3 and 4 trigger the Destiny Bonus. Each of the four cards then decides which multiplier wild can land on each of reels 2 to 5: x5, x6, x7 and x8 for 6 spins, down to x2, x3, x4 and x5 for 15 spins. The number on a card, from x1680 to x120, is its four values multiplied, the multiplier a line gets if all four wilds land on it.

The game sheet adds what the cards leave out: for each choice, the largest payout in 100 billion simulated spins and the odds of a 100x and a 15x win.
| Card | Largest win | 100x win | 15x win |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6 free spinsx5 to x8 wilds, up to x1680 | 16,003.7x | 1 in 1,170.6 | 1 in 90.0 |
| 9 free spinsx4 to x7 wilds, up to x840 | 13,734.3x | 1 in 1,428.4 | 1 in 85.4 |
| 12 free spinsx3 to x6 wilds, up to x360 | 5,922x | 1 in 1,637.4 | 1 in 81.7 |
| 15 free spinsx2 to x5 wilds, up to x120 | 2,294.5x | 1 in 1,705.3 | 1 in 76.9 |
The ends of the table pull apart. The 6-spin card's top win is about 7 times the 15-spin card's, and its 100x odds are better too; the 15-spin card wins back only the 15x column. Longer rounds trade the biggest multipliers for more spins. Which card returns more on average, the sheet does not say.

We could test one card of the four. The rig taps the first, 6 free spins, whenever the choice screen appears, so all 5 bonuses in our logged spins and the filmed one ran with the x5 to x8 wilds.
Our 500 spins and one filmed bonus on the 6-spin card
The filmed bonus came on spin 30 of the media session, a run separate from the logged 500. Two Bonus Scatters settled on reels 2 and 3 while reel 4 kept turning inside a column of fire, and the third stopped on it.

The clip covers all six spins. A plain Wild and an x5 wild open the first paying line, an x7 wild drops onto reel 4 later, and the last spin puts an x6 wild on reel 3 beside two gold ingots.
Back in the base game the Win box reads €13.00, 13x the bet: a small result for this card.

Our 500 logged spins ran at €1.00 on the same demo server. 21% of them paid something, and they returned €540.75 for €500.00 staked, 108.1%. No session on this site has returned more so far.
- 500paid demo spins at €1.00
- 21%of them paid something
- 115xbest spin, free spins round included
- 5free spins bonuses triggered
The five bonuses, on spins 53, 92, 196, 335 and 465, paid 0x, 115x, 69.5x, 80.75x and 1.5x. Spin 91 was the low point at €4,970.50, and the next spin brought the 115x bonus; the balance never fell back below €5,000.00 after it. The bonuses returned €266.75 in all, so the base game produced €274.00, 54.8% of the stakes, against a 67.94% base-game share on the sheet. The longest run without a win lasted 21 spins. Five hundred spins cannot confirm or contradict either figure.
Eastern Emeralds beside Dwarfs Gone Wild and Big Bad Wolf
The closest relative here is Dwarfs Gone Wild, also a 2018 release on 5x3 with 20 lines. Its sheet reads calmer, volatility 3.74 and a 2,535x largest win, and its free spins give each dwarf his own feature instead of a choice of risk.
Quickspin's 2013 classic Big Bad Wolf runs 25 lines at volatility 4.24 with a 1,225x record; the 6-spin card here holds a recorded win about 13 times larger.
Verdict: the card you pick is the volatility setting
Outside the bonus it is a 20-line game in which multiplier wilds can land on any reel. The Destiny screen is the real design: it hands you the risk dial for each round, and the sheet prices every position, from 16,003.7x at the top with 6 spins to 2,294.5x with 15. Our session, all on the 6-spin card, returned 108.1% with five bonuses that ranged from 0x to 115x. That is a wide spread for one card in only five rounds.
Eastern Emeralds questions
Answers from the rules screens, the game sheet and our logs.
Does Eastern Emeralds have a bonus buy?
No. Quickspin's demo server lists no purchase options for this game, and the rules describe none. The Destiny Bonus needs a Bonus Scatter on each of reels 2, 3 and 4 in normal play, which happened 5 times in our 500 logged spins.
How many paylines does Eastern Emeralds have?
Twenty, drawn as bet lines 1 to 20 in the rules screens. Wins are counted in succession from the leftmost reel, so every paying line starts on reel 1, the only reel where the plain Wild can land.
What do x1680, x840, x360 and x120 on the cards mean?
Each is the product of the four multiplier wilds a card allows on reels 2 to 5: x1680 is 5x6x7x8, x840 is 4x5x6x7, x360 is 3x4x5x6 and x120 is 2x3x4x5. It is the line multiplier when all four land on one winning line.
What is the biggest win in Eastern Emeralds?
Quickspin simulated 100 billion spins of the default model, and the best paid 16,003.7x the bet, with the 6-spin card. The sheet lists 13,734.3x for 9 spins, 5,922x for 12 and 2,294.5x for 15. Our best spin in 500 paid 115x.
When was Eastern Emeralds released?
In 2018, the year of Quickspin's press release announcing the launch. We give the year only, because the slot databases we checked and the studio's own announcement place the release in different months.
