The Wild Chase Demo: A Riviera Heist That Respins Every Win
The Wild Chase is a Quickspin heist slot from April 2016, set on the Riviera. On 5x3 reels and 25 bet lines every win locks while the other squares respin. Multiplier Wilds lift all wins in a round to x2, x3, x4 or x5, and 3 Bonus Scatters within one round bring 10 free spins. The demo server reports an RTP of 96.70% and the game sheet 96.73%. That is the only model the sheet lists, and it rates volatility 2.51 of 5.
How do Multiplier Wilds combine in a round of The Wild Chase?
By count, not by product. Each Multiplier Wild on a winning line moves one round multiplier a step: one Wild gives all wins x2, two x3, three x4, four or more x5. Wins locked before the Wild arrived are multiplied too, while a Wild that joins no line adds nothing. In our 500 spins 38 winning base rounds closed at x2, 11 at x3; x4 came once, on a free spin, and x5 never.

This page works with two stakes. The client picked €2.50 by itself and every captioned board shows it, while our 500 counted spins ran at €1.00. Captions divide each WIN by the frame's stake. What 500 spins can and cannot say about a 1 in 6,403 win
On Quickspin's sheet the volatility is 2.51 of 5, a 100x win has a chance of 1 in 6,403 spins, and the top win over 1 billion simulated spins is 405x (423.36x on today's demo server). At those odds about one 500-spin session in 13 contains a 100x win, so ours going without proves nothing.
The session of 27 Oct 2026 returned 103.8% at €1.00 a spin. Just 22% of spins paid, at a median of 2.16x. The driest run lasted 20 spins.
- 500paid demo spins at €1.00
- 22%of them paid something
- 37.6xbest single spin
- 5free spins bonuses triggered
The low, €4,967.72, came on spin 66, 9 spins ahead of the first bonus. Free spins on spin 355 (29.8x) and the base-game best of 37.6x on spin 356 made the high. None of the 13 wins at 10x or above reached 50x.
The split is further off than the total: base-game rounds paid 83.2% of our stake against the sheet's 68.08%, free spins 20.6% against 28.64%, on a thin sample of five bonuses. Our filmed bonus, played apart from the count, beat everything in the log.

Locked symbols stay put until a respin adds nothing
Any win starts the Respin Feature. Winning symbols lock, everything else spins again, and every new symbol that adds to a winning line is locked as well and wins another respin. A respin that adds nothing ends the round, and the total is paid once. Bonus Scatters never start a respin.
Of our 108 base-game wins, 37 stopped after one respin and 5 ran to 6. The 52 chains of three respins or more paid €344.80 of the €416.20 the base game returned.

Line wins start on reel 1 and run rightwards, and only the best win on a line counts. At €1.00 five blond men in red pay €2.00, the top line, and three money clips €0.16.
One multiplier per round, set by the Wilds on winning lines
A second Multiplier Wild landed on reel 4 mid-chain on spin 356, missed every line and was spun away, so the round stayed at x2; a Wild went to waste like that in 3 winning rounds. The Wild stands in for every symbol but the Bonus Scatter.

The multiplier reaches back, too. Spin 21 got its Wild on the second respin, and two lines locked before it, worth €0.20 each, were paid €0.40 each. Wilds arriving mid-chain raised the multiplier in 22 of our 108 winning rounds.
Rounds closing at x1 numbered 59 and paid €94.92; the 38 at x2 paid €210.88 and the 11 at x3 €110.40. That puts 77.2% of the base return under a multiplier, along with all 10 base-game wins of 10x or more. Spin 356 paid 18 lines at x2, 10 blond men in red around one Wild.
Ten free spins, each with a Wild that still has to find a line
Scatters count across the whole round, respins included. Three of our five triggers were completed during a respin chain, on spin 128 all three on the first respin, and 23 rounds stopped at two.

Every free spin brings one guaranteed Multiplier Wild. In our 50 free spins it landed on reels 2 to 4 only; 18 spins paid, all with the Wild on a line, and one reached x4 (free spin 3 on spin 355).

That spin paid €45.30, 18.12x, on the way to €100.10. In the log the free spins alone paid 6.16x to 29.8x a round, each round lasting exactly 10 spins; the paytable mentions no retrigger.
Blue Fortune pays every step of a chain, this heist pays it once
Blue Fortune, from May 2021, locks and respins the same way on 9 lines and also gives 10 free spins for three Scatters in a round, but its chains pay the board once more at the end. Here the lines of all 108 base-game wins in our log added up exactly to the round's win.
Polar Paws adds one step per Multiplier Wild too, x2 to x4, on the same 25 lines, and its top simulated win is 819x.
Good days in this low-to-medium game come from multiplied chains, in the base game as much as the bonus: a winning round at x2 or x3 came roughly every 10 spins for us. Its 423.36x is the lowest top-win figure of the 30 games reviewed here.
Six heist questions with checkable answers
Each reply rests on the paytable, the game sheet or our 500-spin log.
Do Bonus Scatters start a respin of their own?
No. By the paytable, Bonus Scatters do not trigger respins, so one counts only on the first screen or on a respin a win has already started. The meter keeps the count to the end of the round; 23 of our rounds stopped with two.
How many of the free spins came back empty?
32 of our 50. Each of them got its guaranteed Wild too, but a Wild counts only inside a winning line, and on those spins none formed. The other 18 all paid with the Wild on a line.
Where does the figure of 25 lines come from?
From the game. Quickspin's page and sheet mention bet lines without a number, but the in-game paytable draws 25 numbered lines, and the server's line numbers in our log run from 1 to 25.
How can the sheet's 405x and the server's 423.36x both be correct?
Both are the largest win seen in 1 billion simulated spins, not a cap: 405x on the sheet, 423.36x from the demo server, whose build also reports RTP 96.70% against the sheet's 96.73%.
Why do the frames show €2.50 when the sheet's default bet is €0.50?
The demo client opened at €2.50, the default the demo server sends, and we kept it for filming. The sheet lists €0.50 as the default and bets up to €125.00; the demo stops at €100.00.
Is Wild Chase: Tokyo Go the same slot?
No. Wild Chase: Tokyo Go is a separate Quickspin game from 2019 with its own page on quickspin.com. Everything here, from Game ID wildchase to the frames and the log, belongs to the 2016 original.
