Ark of Mystery Demo: Anna, the Golden Arks and Reel 5
Ark of Mystery sends Quickspin's heroine Anna after the lost treasures of the Pharaohs, "in true Indiana Jones style" says the studio's page, on 5x3 and 20 lines. There are no free spins and no buy: the feature is the Wild Ark Respin, with golden arks on reels 2 to 4 and Multiplier Booster pyramids on reel 5. The game sheet of this October 2018 release gives RTP 96.53% (57.29% base game, 39.24% respins), volatility 3.58 of 5 and a top simulated win of 6,509x.
Once a Booster lifts the multiplier, does it stay for the rest of the Wild Ark Respins?
Yes. By the rules each Booster on reel 5 adds 1x to the multiplier that every spin payout is multiplied by, and in our log the raised figure held to the last respin. On spin 117 a pyramid on the second respin made it x2; the next two respins paid €26.50 and €23.50 at x2. In the base game a Booster lifts only its own spin.

Reel 5 belongs to the pyramids, reels 2 to 4 to the arks
Quickspin's description is tangled: its last sentence reads as if the Booster were the symbol that "can appear anywhere on reels 2-4", though the same paragraph puts the multiplier symbol on the 5th reel. In the game's rules the Wild Ark Respin page names "reels 2, 3, or 4", and the Booster page says "Appears on reel 5 only". The clause belongs to the Wild, and our log agrees: all 12 arks on base screens sat on reels 2 to 4, all 34 pyramids on reel 5.
Anna tops the paytable and alone pays for two on a line, €0.25, rising to €50.00 for five at €1.00; five Eyes of Horus pay €12.00 and five card ranks €2.00 to €3.00.

Arks copy themselves up or down their own reel
An ark on reels 2, 3 or 4 locks and earns a respin. At the start of each respin it copies itself into an open square beside it on the same reel, and respins continue while such a square remains. A lone ark therefore fills its three-square reel in two respins, and arks that land during the round start a reel of their own. The rules give 2 to 6 respins, at most two for each reel the arks can use.

Rounds that kept to one reel all stopped after two respins, 8 of the 12. The other 4 gained a second ark, ran to 3 or 4 respins and ended with two golden reels; none filled a third.

The game sheet's odds for exactly two respins (1 in 30.3) and for more than two (1 in 132) add up to about one round every 25 spins, some 20 in 500. We got 12.
A pyramid adds 1x, and the count holds until the last respin
The Booster is a white pyramid marked X. Each one on reel 5 adds 1x to the badge, which starts at x1 and multiplies every spin payout. The rules cap it at 21 Boosters, which on top of x1 gives the x22 that Quickspin's page quotes.

Pyramids never lock. On a base screen one counts for that spin only: 22 of our 500 base screens showed them, but just two of those spins also won, both at x2. Inside a round the raised figure stays. During respins 8 pyramids landed in 4 of our 12 rounds; two finished at x2 and two at x4, each x4 from a full reel of three pyramids at once, and both of those rounds then paid €20.00 at x4.
12 ark rounds in 500 spins, 3 of them empty
Ark of Mystery handed back 86.7% of what went in over 500 spins at €1.00 on 25 Oct 2026; the longest losing run was 15 spins. The respins themselves brought back €180.75, 36% of the stake, near the 39.24% the sheet credits to the Respin Feature; base-screen wins brought €252.75, or 51%, against its 57.29%.

Number 117 was the top spin and paid 53.5x with both features: €2.00 from the base win, €1.50 on the first respin, nothing on the second as a pyramid lifted the badge to x2, then €26.50 and €23.50 at x2 while arks filled reels 2 and 4. Five of our 11 wins of 10x or more came from respin rounds; none reached the 100x the sheet expects once in 2,221 spins.

Set against the other Quickspin games here without free spins
For a near match in how the RTP divides, see Wins of Fortune: 58.38% base game and 38.16% Super Respin, though it rates 4.08 for volatility and tops out at 1,253.9x.
Mayana books its whole 96.63% to the base game and pairs a 4.85 rating with 13,254x, the highest ceiling of any game here without free spins.
Second Strike! and Joker Strike lean the other way, with 52.79% and 53.17% of their RTP in the feature.
Of the five games here without free spins, Ark of Mystery has the longest wait for a 100x win and the second-highest ceiling. Most rounds are two respins on one reel and pay little; the value sits in the rarer ones with a second ark or a reel of pyramids. It suits players who want a short feature that can start on any spin, rather than a bonus to build towards. The demo runs 96.53%, the only model on Quickspin's sheet.
Arks and pyramids, asked and answered
Short answers from the rules screens, the game sheet and our spin log.
Doesn't the game page put the Booster on reels 2 to 4?
It reads that way: the clause about reels 2-4 follows the words Multiplier Booster, but it describes the Wild. The in-game rules give the Wild Ark reels 2, 3 and 4 and the Booster reel 5 only, and every ark and pyramid on our 500 base screens landed where the rules say.
Two respins or six: what sets the length of a round?
How many reels the arks reach. One ark fills its reel in two respins, and each further reel that gains an ark adds one or two more, up to the rules' 6. In our log 8 rounds stopped at two respins, 2 at three and 2 at four.
What makes a base-game win pay double?
A Booster pyramid landed on reel 5. Outside the respins it multiplies that spin's line wins, and the badge is back at x1 for the next spin. In our 500 spins it happened twice: spins 37 and 319 paid €1.00 and €3.50, both at x2.
Are there free spins anywhere in Ark of Mystery?
No. The sheet splits the RTP between the base game and the Respin Feature only, the rules describe no free spins, and the demo server lists no feature purchase. The Wild Ark Respins and the Booster are the whole feature set.
How was the 6,509x top win measured?
Both of Quickspin's sources give 6,509x: the game sheet from 1 billion simulated spins, the demo server from 100 billion. Only the spin count differs. For scale, five Annas on a line pay 50x, and our best in 500 spins was 53.5x.
